Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the Spa Reception and Spa Treatment areas, ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth operational efficiency in line with Rosewood standards.

You will lead the Wellness Concierge and Spa Therapists, coordinate with departments, maintain facilities to the highest standard, and model professional grooming and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising spa operations and staff
• Knowledge of brand standards and service quality
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Ensure spa operations are delivered per Rosewood Brand Standards, Forbes Five-Star Standards, and LQA requirements.
• Supervise Spa Reception and Treatment operations to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor service standards and treatment quality for consistency and excellence.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure treatment rooms and facilities are guest-ready.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and with ownership.
• Communicate guest preferences and medical information accurately to the team.
• Lead daily team briefings on business levels, VIP arrivals, and priorities.
• Coach and mentor associates to improve service delivery and technical performance.
• Monitor productivity, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with performance evaluations and development plans.
