Job summary

gevernova is seeking a procurement professional to manage the buying process for defined commodities in a structured, policy-driven environment. You will interface between suppliers and the internal team to ensure specifications, budgets, and delivery targets are met.

The role focuses on executing standard procurement activities, improving supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate ERP data. Strong English communication and basic sourcing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Basic experience in sourcing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute the purchase order to supplier payment process for defined commodities aligning with organization safety, quality, delivery, and cost measures.
• Lead the reporting and control for one or more of the sourcing team KPIs.
• Engage with internal customers for fulfilment challenges resolution.
• Develop and execute an improvement plan for the assigned commodities through daily management, supplier qualification, and negotiation.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain up-to-date data in ERP.
