Job summary

Unified Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh seeks a mid-senior purchasing and supply chain professional to own vendor relationships end to end and drive cost savings. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage the purchase order lifecycle, oversee inventory planning, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

  • Own vendor relationships end to end, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract renewal.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate pricing and terms, and drive cost savings across the supplier base.
  • Direct inventory planning and replenishment strategy to balance availability against carrying cost.
  • Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle, from issuance through delivery reconciliation.
  • Resolve escalated vendor disputes, delivery failures, and quality issues.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, reliability, and risk, presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure supply chain records and processes meet internal audit and compliance standards.
  • Track and report supply chain KPIs, including cost variance, on-time delivery, and vendor performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across sourcing, inventory, and vendor management workflows.
  • Guide and review the work of junior coordinators supporting supply chain operations.

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Yardi, Oracle, or similar); advanced MS Excel required.

  • Proven negotiation skills and a track record of measurable cost savings.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment under pressure, and clear stakeholder communication.


Technical Skills

Deep understanding of sourcing strategy, purchase order lifecycle management, and vendor risk assessment.


Software Skills

Advanced MS Excel; hands-on ERP experience (Yardi, Oracle, or similar) required.


Analytical Skills

Ability to analyze cost and performance data to drive supplier decisions and identify savings opportunities.


Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and influence internal stakeholders.
