Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a sourcing professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for defined goods, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You will execute POs, coordinate with suppliers, and drive KPI reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, basic sourcing experience, and strong English communication. You will engage with internal customers to resolve fulfilment challenges and maintain ERP data for continuity.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in sourcing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute the purchase order to supplier payment process for defined commodities aligning with safety, quality, delivery, and cost measures.
• Lead the reporting and control for one or more of the sourcing team KPIs.
• Engage with internal customers for fulfilment challenges resolution.
• Develop and execute an improvement plan for the assigned commodities through daily management, supplier qualification, and negotiation.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain up-to-date data in ERP.
