Job summary

Mohammed Mansour Al-Rumaih (MMR KSA) is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and robust solution designs. You will coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs, enable channel resources, and support post-sale deployment to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer ROI.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to present and demonstrate complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive sales opportunities through technical presentations, demos, POCs, and pilots.
Collaborate with support and professional services to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Assist in deployment and implementation post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding.
Deliver customer training sessions and create user documentation to maximize adoption.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to encourage renewals and upsell opportunities.
Provide technical enablement to channel and internal resources.
