Mohammed Mansour Al-Rumaih (MMR KSA) is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to advise the Sales team on technical issues, craft solution designs, and train partners and customers. You will build strong relationships with customers and drive multiple technical initiatives in Data Center solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design for Data Center site preparation products/services.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and implement account penetration strategies and targets.
• Create accounts for products/services and sales plans for Data Center solutions.
• Support the sales lifecycle with technical qualification, proposals, and high-level designs.
• Drive proof-of-concepts (POC) and RFPs from a pre-sales perspective and close opportunities.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to support sales objectives.
• Lead technical sales calls and deliver pre-sales documentation promptly.
• Develop content, train and support Ivanti partners and customers.
• Respond to after-hours support queries during rotations and escalate as needed.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for leads, opportunities, and deal registrations.
