Soundlines Consultancy is seeking an experienced Soft Services Supervisor for a prominent client in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising soft services, managing site staff, ensuring service standards, and day-to-day facility operations.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of Gulf experience, and prior work with O&M companies is essential. Strong team leadership and coordination skills are required. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

• Ensure compliance with procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with client and site management to resolve issues.
• Maintain attendance records, inspection reports and service documentation.

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Soft Services Supervisor for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have relevant experience in supervising soft services operations, managing site staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations. Prior experience with an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company is mandatory.

• Supervise daily soft services activities and ensure smooth site operations.
• Manage housekeeping, cleaning, and other assigned soft services activities.
• Allocate duties, monitor staff performance, and maintain workforce discipline.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with the client and site management team to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain attendance records, inspection reports, and service-related documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience working with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies is essential.
• Relevant experience in soft services supervision and facility management.
• Good team management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Candidates must possess skills and experience directly relevant to the applied position.
