Job summary

Doroob is seeking an HR Supervisor in Riyadh to lead end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and contract administration. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and hands-on experience with payroll, recruitment, and personnel management.

The successful candidate will maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR best practices while supporting day-to-day HR operations and government platform registrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with Saudi HR platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration, recruitment, and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare, administer, and renew employment contracts in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and all employment-related documentation; monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and absences.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, contract termination, and end-of-service procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Manage HR-related government platforms and employee registration requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and employee relations assistance.

A new commercial company specialized in detergent & personal care distribution in KSA is looking to hire an \"HR Supervisor\" in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare, administer, and renew employment contracts in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Process monthly payroll, employee benefits, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and all employment-related documentation. Monitor attendance, leave requests, overtime, and employee absences.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, contract termination, and end-of-service procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Manage HR-related government platforms and employee registration requirements.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and employee relations assistance. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Requirements

• Age: 30 - 45 years old. Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience with Saudi HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations. Hands-on experience in payroll administration, recruitment, and personnel management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Nationality: Any Arab nationalities already living in KSA.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
