Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services activities and ensure smooth site operations.
• Manage housekeeping, cleaning, and other soft services tasks.
• Allocate duties, monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with client and site management to resolve issues.
• Maintain attendance records, inspection reports and service documentation.
