Job summary

Dr. Scent is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts in Saudi Arabia. You will drive engagement across major platforms, plan content calendars, and manage paid campaigns to build a strong brand presence.

You will collaborate with regional teams, optimize campaigns, and report performance. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with 3–5 years in social media and digital marketing in beauty or FMCG sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Dr. Scent's social media platforms in Saudi Arabia.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries.
• Build relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.
• Coordinate with Head Office in UAE to align regional marketing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Dr. Scent is looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing activities in the Saudi market. If you have a passion for social media, paid advertising, influencer marketing, and building strong brand presence, we'd love to hear from you.

3. Key Responsibilities

• – Manage and grow Dr. Scent's social media platforms in Saudi Arabia.


• – Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.


• – Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.


• – Manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining excellent customer engagement.


• – Build and manage relationships with Saudi influencers, content creators, media partners, and agencies.


• – Coordinate closely with Dr. Scent's Head Office in the UAE to ensure alignment with regional marketing strategies and campaigns.


• – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.


• – Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements / Qualifications

• – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.


• – 3–5 years of experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing.


• – Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and Google Ads.


• – Strong understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.


• – Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns.


• – Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.


• – Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
