Job summary

Dr Scent in Riyadh seeks a Marketing Manager to plan, lead, and execute all marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. You will drive brand growth, run campaigns across digital, retail, ecommerce, and B2B, and manage a high-performing team while collaborating with Sales and other departments to hit business goals.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills, plus fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in retail, fragrance, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, or ecommerce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, ecommerce, and performance marketing.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the Saudi market.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, ecommerce, and B2B channels.
• Manage and develop the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee social media, content creation, branding, ecommerce marketing, and product launches.
• Build strong relationships with media partners, agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Retail, Ecommerce, and other departments to support business growth.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with Dr. Scent's brand standards and regional marketing strategy.
