Job summary

Dr. Scent is seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to grow our Saudi Arabia online business. You will manage daily operations, optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions while coordinating with our UAE Head Office to execute the e-commerce strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce, strong analytics, and bilingual Arabic/English communication. You will work with marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a smooth customer journey and robust online sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer journey management.
• Experience with online marketplaces is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Dr. Scent's e-commerce business in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and website content.
• Coordinate with Head Office in the UAE to implement campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior; recommend actions to improve results.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Manage online campaigns with the Digital Marketing team to increase traffic and sales.
• Monitor Saudi market trends and consumer behavior.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure an excellent online shopping experience by monitoring website performance and resolving operational issues.

2. Job Summary

Dr. Scent is looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our e-commerce business in the Saudi market. This role is responsible for driving online sales, optimizing the customer journey, managing product listings, coordinating promotions, and working closely with our Head Office in the UAE to execute the company's e-commerce strategy.

3. Key Responsibilities

• – Manage the day-to-day operations of Dr. Scent's e-commerce business in Saudi Arabia.
• – Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and website content.
• – Coordinate with the Head Office in the UAE to implement campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• – Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior, and recommend actions to improve results.
• – Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• – Manage online campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to increase traffic and sales.
• – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior in Saudi Arabia.
• – Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• – Ensure an excellent online shopping experience by monitoring website performance and resolving operational issues.

Requirements / Qualifications

• – Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• – 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce.
• – Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems.
• – Strong understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, and customer journey management.
• – Experience working with online marketplaces is an advantage.
• – Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools.
• – Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• – Experience in beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• – Strong knowledge of the Saudi e-commerce market and customer behavior.
