Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd. seeks an experienced SME Sales Enablement Manager to drive SME card acquisition in the KSA market. You will set targets across branches, RM teams, and digital channels, while designing incentives and training programs to improve funnel performance.

You will collaborate with branches, third-party partners, and credit/ops to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely activations, backed by MIS reporting and governance. English is essential; Arabic is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in SME banking, cards, or B2B sales enablement, ideally in KSA/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of SME card products, acquisition models and processes.
• Proven ability to set targets, design incentives, and drive performance.
• Experience with multi-channel sales models (branch, digital, third-party/DSA).
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and cascade SME card acquisition targets across channels and partners.
• Design, implement, and monitor sales incentives and contests.
• Coordinate with branches, RM teams, credit, and ops to remove bottlenecks.
• Own end-to-end SME card funnel from lead to activation and posting results.
• Develop training programs and enablement materials for frontline teams.
• Create MIS dashboards and provide governance with senior management.
