Job summary

PayTech Group in Riyadh is seeking a Cards Acquisition Specialist to drive credit card sales, activation, and usage across the full customer journey. You will lead acquisition strategies, campaigns, and performance monitoring in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires 8+ years in cards sales, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and excellent English communication (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in cards sales and acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit card products, sales mechanisms, and the complete customer acquisition journey.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of card acquisition strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage and improve the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance, including conversion rates, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with sales channels, marketing, operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.
