Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
Regional experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve premium card propositions, including product features, benefits, pricing and customer value propositions, aligned to market opportunities, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design and development through launch, ongoing enhancements, customer engagement, and portfolio optimisation, ensuring products remain competitive and relevant.
Monitor and analyse key portfolio metrics including acquisition, activation, usage, spend, attrition, revenue, and profitability, identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise commercial value.
Lead collaboration with card schemes, processors, vendors and internal teams across technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing to ensure effective product delivery, implementation, and ongoing management.
Ensure products and lifecycle changes meet internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and market expectations, while effectively managing product risks and supporting compliant, operationally sound delivery.
