Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. seeks a Smart Building Technical Project Manager to coordinate large-scale smart building and digital systems programs across multiple workstreams. You will align stakeholders, contractors and vendors from design through handover, ensuring successful integration and readiness.

The role requires strong leadership in complex, multi-vendor environments, with 50% remote work from Poland and 50% on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, plus regular travel.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of project management experience in technology delivery or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, ELV, AV, security systems, access control, BMS, IoT and smart workplace solutions.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating technology delivery within large construction or fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes, systems integration and operational readiness activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination across technology workstreams and project stakeholders to maintain momentum and clarity of responsibilities.
• Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants and client functions to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and action items; maintain clear records and follow-up plans.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and drive timely resolution of delivery issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Support governance and reporting activities, providing transparent status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to operational readiness preparations, including systems integration checks and handover documentation.
