Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IT Project Support Specialist/PMO to support a senior project manager on a major amusement-sector initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will work in a fast-paced consulting environment, aligning with client teams in Riyadh and adapting to changing priorities. The role requires strong organizational skills, independence, flexibility and English at C1. The position follows a hybrid model (2 weeks in Poland, 2 weeks in Riyadh) with local working days

Qualifications

• Proven organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Autonomy, proactive and flexible in responding to project demands.
• Ability to work under time pressure in dynamic environments with high quality output.
• Strong sense of responsibility for assigned areas of work.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality materials and presentations for internal teams and client review.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to flex working hours during peak project activity.
• Prior consulting experience or experience with demanding clients is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineers and experts.
• Ability to thrive in a TEAL culture with a relationship- and respect-driven environment.
• Agile mindset with minimal bureaucracy; capable of travel for integration trips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear meeting notes, summaries and actions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Create, update and refine IT project deliverables to a professional standard.
• Provide administrative and IT project-related support to the Senior Project Manager and team.
• Coordinate activities from evolving project requirements and ensure follow-up and escalation as needed.
• Maintain effective information flow among project participants and support on-time task completion.
