Job summary

Open Access Technology International seeks a Project Coordinator to support deployments in the energy sector. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate project teams, and track communications to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Riyadh, with onsite attendance as needed and potential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business and project management.
• - Two or more years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• - Experience in a software application is a plus.
• - Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• - Excellent written communication abilities.
• - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• - Ability to coordinate multiple assignments.
• - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative functions and support to project teams.
• Provide administrative functions to other groups, including processing documentation as needed.
• Participate in solution project teams, providing support to the project team leader.
• Actively support, track, and monitor project communication and activities.
• Compile and track data and documentation for specific projects.
