Job summary

Azad Properties in Jeddah is seeking a Duty Supervisor for Souq7 to oversee daily on-site operations, supervise front-line teams, coordinate with security, facilities, and tenant services, and uphold safety and service standards.

You will act as first point of contact during shifts, report incidents, manage handovers, and support crowd management and event operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations, facilities, retail, hospitality, or supervisory roles.
• Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations during assigned shifts, ensuring activities follow company procedures.
• Lead, guide, and allocate tasks to front-line teams including security, cleaning, guest services, and other service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and standards across public areas and facilities.
• Monitor site safety and security and coordinate with the Security Team to respond to incidents and safety concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams to ensure equipment and services function properly and issues are resolved.
• Act as the first point of contact for tenant and visitor inquiries, resolving matters or escalating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and support drills and training.
• Prepare shift handover reports, incident reports, and daily logs for management reporting.
• Coordinate with cleaning and housekeeping contractors to maintain cleanliness standards throughout Souq7.
• Support crowd management, visitor flow, and event operations within Souq7 with internal teams and tenants.
• Monitor service levels and take corrective actions to improve performance.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new front-line staff.
