Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team on the floor during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier guest service. You will address issues promptly, maintain safety standards, and ensure all activities align with SEVEN's policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing guest services, and maintaining records for reporting to the Attractions Manager.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a guest-facing environment, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team during the assigned shift, ensuring tasks are performed effectively and standards are followed.
Monitor and oversee all floor operations, including guest services, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
Address operational issues or guest concerns promptly, escalating if necessary.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
Maintain shift records and prepare reports for the Attractions Manager, highlighting outcomes and recommendations.
Deliver high-quality guest experiences and promote a culture of service excellence among staff.
Ensure activities comply with local regulations and SEVEN's internal policies.
