Job summary

Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) invites an experienced professional to supervise hospitality operations and lead housekeeping teams across assigned facilities in Riyadh. You will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment while maintaining compliance with company policies.

You will train staff, monitor performance, manage schedules and resources, and coordinate with other departments for events or deep-cleaning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Housekeeping Management, Facility Management, or related field.
• Certification in housekeeping management or occupational health and safety is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning tasks meet quality standards.
• Inspect facilities to verify cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Allocate tasks, schedules, and resources to meet operations.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and equipment use.
• Maintain records of attendance, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with other departments for events, deep cleaning, or emergencies.
• Prepare periodic performance reports for management.
