Responsibilities

• Help support daily management of department duties.
• Assign work to associates to support workflow and KPIs.
• Conduct standup briefs and provide associate feedback.
• Support training and up-skilling of new associates.
• Track, trend and report departmental metrics by associates.
• Analyze reasons for success and failure in KPIs.
• Track and maintain hours and schedules; update SOPs.
