Hadya Group is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on construction projects in Jeddah. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers to keep milestones on track and budgets in check.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 3–5 years of site experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software, and solid communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of site engineering experience in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for project managers, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to resolve design and construction issues, fostering clear communication among all parties.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance site efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
