Senior Mechanical Site Engineer

Oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction projects ensuring they are delivered within budget, on schedule and in compliance with the regulations. Provide on-site leadership coordinating and supervising construction activities, subcontractors and laborers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Apply in-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques to provide guidance, solve technical challenges and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry best practices. Monitor and assess construction quality conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to maintain high standards and minimize defects or deficiencies. Manage and optimize allocation of resources including labor, equipment and materials to ensure efficient project execution and cost control. Provide regular updates on project progress including work schedules, milestones achieved and any challenges or delays encountered to project stakeholders and management. Assess and manage changes to project scope, timeline or specifications ensuring proper documentation, impact analysis and communication with relevant parties. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to address design issues, resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project implementation. Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence ensuring proper record‑keeping for future reference and compliance purposes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff fostering their professional growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
