Client in Riyadh is hiring a Site Engineer to support day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with project requirements.

The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, monitoring progress, supporting inspections, and maintaining project documentation to help meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site engineering or project execution; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

On behalf of our client we are looking to hire a Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh

Job Summary

The Site Engineer supports the execution of day-to-day site activities ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. The role assists in coordinating site operations monitoring progress and supporting project teams to achieve quality and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Compensation Decisions

Salary SAR 8 000 to 10 000 per month Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.1–3 years of experience in construction, site engineering, or project execution. Fresh graduates with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and construction processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
