Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards. \* Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes for efficiency. \* Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols. \* Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed. \* Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally. \* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws. \* Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition. \* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. \* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., warehouse, customer service) to ensure seamless operations. \* Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary.
