Job summary

JD.COM is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily operations across multiple delivery stations in the Riyadh region. You will manage parcel collection, sorting, delivery, RTO, and COD workflows, ensuring SLA targets are met and operational efficiency is maintained.

You will lead Station Managers, supervisors, and courier teams, driving Saudization targets and scheduling. Strong analytical skills are essential for KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, express delivery, or e-commerce operations.
Proven experience managing multiple sites and frontline operations teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with logistics / courier companies is preferred.
Languages: Chinese Mandarin & English/Arabic

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of multiple delivery stations within the assigned region, including parcel collection, sorting, delivery, Return-to-Origin (RTO), and COD operations.
Lead, develop, and manage Station Managers, local supervisors, and courier teams.
Drive Saudization workforce targets and oversee workforce scheduling, attendance, and daily station operations.
Monitor key operational KPIs (POD, First Attempt Delivery Rate, Delivery Timeliness, Damage/Loss Rate).
Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to continuously improve station performance.
