Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Network Planning professional to shape the Middle East warehouse, hub and transportation network from a global, full‑chain perspective. You will optimize network models and site selection while driving efficiency and cost reductions across fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Middle East logistics planning, strong data analysis skills (Excel/SQL/Python) and English as working language, with willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Fluent in English and able to use English for meetings, reports and communication.
• 3+ years of Middle East logistics network planning or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Network planning for the Middle East region, incl. warehouse, hub, transport capacity and terminal planning.
• Optimize network models, site selection and fulfillment concepts to support expansion and efficiency.
• Identify time/cost improvements across the fulfillment process and drive implementation.
• Develop plans and standards for planning schemes and cross‑department processes.

Network Planning: Responsible for network planning in the Middle East region, mainly including warehouse network planning (warehouse network model, layout, site selection), hub planning (sorting layout, sorting site selection, sorting function positioning), transport capacity planning (transshipment dispatching mode, transportation route and schedule planning), and terminal planning (station planning, site selection, operation mode). It is necessary to build an efficient Middle East logistics network from a global and full-chain perspective.2. Optimization and Innovation of Network Models: Continuously optimize in network model design, site selection strategies, and fulfillment models; explore innovative models in line with industry trends and business needs to support business expansion or enhance operational efficiency.3. Network Efficiency Optimization: Based on the entire fulfillment process, identify time and cost efficiency issues and give optimization plans, drive their implementation to achieve enhanced timeliness, cost reduction, and efficiency increase.4. Rule Formulation and Process Optimization: Develop implementation plans and management standards for the execution of planning schemes and network optimization, clarify cross-departmental and cross-linkage mechanism rules, to ensure the implementation of measures.**Job Requirements:**1. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above,majors in Logistics , supply chain management,and other related fields.2. Language Requirement: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for meetings, reports, and project communication.3. Work Experience: More than 3 years of experience in Middle East logistics network planning, process planning related work (Middle East e-commerce, or large Middle East third-party logistics companies).4. Professional Competence: Quickly grasp the development trends of the Middle East logistics industry and the company's business trends, familiar with network resource layout and planning logic. Possess rigorous logical thinking and data sensitivity, good summarization and induction abilities, and data analysis capabilities. Proficient in at least one data analysis tool, such as EXCEL, SQL, Python, etc.5. Soft Skills: Possess strong project management and cross-departmental coordination abilities, able to adapt to periodic business trips within the Middle East region.
