Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Riyadh seeks a Sorting Center Operations Specialist to lead strategic planning for sorting center in/out port, temporary storage, and related activities. You will optimize bulky goods sorting processes, drive equipment upgrades, and improve operating and data systems while standardizing procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy.

You will coordinate team workload, collaborate across departments, manage costs, and strive to elevate service quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Undertake department overall strategic planning, promote sorting center in/out port, temporary storage and other businesses; coordinate resources to ensure business landing.
• Responsible for bulky goods sorting process sorting and optimization; promote equipment upgrade and transformation; improve operating system and data system functions; promote standardization norms.
• Coordinate bulky goods sorting operation work; formulate personnel input and sorting plans based on cargo volume; diagnose problems and implement improvements to raise quality.
• Conduct sorting capability building; improve sorting efficiency through process optimization and reasonable resource allocation to reduce costs; monitor industry dynamics for competitiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure smooth connections across supply chain links and achieve service quality goals.
