Job summary

Merge Recruitment Agency is seeking a Services Marketing & Development Manager in Saudi Arabia to drive growth of service products and set annual sales strategies aligned with Operations and Purchasing. You will lead new service launches, manage post-launch stabilization, and continuously refine service offerings.

You will collaborate with Services Managers and Marketing to implement the yearly plan, monitor customer feedback, and define KPIs to track progress toward sales goals.

Qualifications

• Arabic is native or high proficiency, English is fluent/excellent.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and deliver projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of services through development and improvement of service products (VAS).
• Set yearly services sales strategy in alignment with Operations, Purchasing, and overall direction.
• Develop short and long term plans for new services launches.
• Manage new services launches including post-launch stabilization (3 months).
• Ensure updates on new and developing services through CRM and market research.
• Improve existing services packages continuously.
• Collaborate with Services Managers to update service strategies and road map.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement annual marketing plans.

Services Marketing & Development Manager

• Drive Services Sales Growth through developing and improving Services Products (VAS)


• Set yearly Services Sales Strategic plan based on other departments’ input -mainly Operations and Purchasing and in line with the company Strategic direction.


• Develop the short and long term plan for new services launches.


• Responsible for the management of new services launch including the 3 months after launch stabilization.


• Apply systematic search techniques to assure 100% update on the new and developing services.


• Continuously improve and develop the existing services packages.


• Collaborate with the services Managers to update the services strategies and road map.


• Work with the marketing department to initiate the marketing plans for the year ahead.


• Ensure continuous flow and analysis of customers’ feedback.


• Reserve the Services brand through continues improvement of in-store Kiosks, counters ….etc as well as value added services material used.


• Define the set of measures and KPI that enable the monitoring of the progress toward the desired services sales goals.


• Conduct (with the support of CRM & Marketing departments) customer surveys of the services offered by Company and rectify any outages.
