Job summary

The role requires 8–12 years in warehouse and logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, plus strong SAP MM/WM, WMS, and Power BI skills. English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in Warehouse, Logistics, Yard Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Field of experience: Warehouse Management, Logistics & Transportation Operations, Supply Chain Management, Inventory & Materials Management, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management.
• Technical Skills: SAP MM/WM/EWM, WMS, Excel (Advanced).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain-related field.
• Languages: English; Arabic preferred.

Role Summary

:- As a Services Manager - Warehouse & Logistics Operations, you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective execution of standard warehouse, yard, and domestic logistics processes. This includes managing receiving, storage, inventory handling, yard operations, and domestic transportation activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and full adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements. Additionally, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, operational performance, and customer satisfaction across warehouse and logistics operations.
