Job summary

NES Advantage seeks a Field Operator II to support onshore Liquid Mud Plant operations in Kuwait. The role involves operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure safe, efficient service on the rig site.

This 12-month contract includes travel tickets, site accommodation, and meals, with a 6-month rotation and 15 days off, subject to business needs. A BSc or Diploma and 3–5 years of LMP experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain LMP and rig site equipment per safety and operational standards.
• Handle pumps, mixers, tanks, compressors, and related equipment on site.
• Conduct routine warehouse tasks and assist in transfer and handling of materials.
• Assist in chemical handling, mixing, and transfer activities following safety protocols.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and PPE usage.

Job Title: Field Operator II - FLD/LMP Operator

Role Summary

Performs field operations with limited supervision, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production or intervention equipment. Responsible for executing service jobs efficiently, maintaining equipment reliability, and ensuring adherence to safety and customer requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

• The Operator supports day-to-day operations of Liquid Mud PLant (LMP) and rig site activities by monitoring, controlling, operating, and maintaining equipment used in Drilling and Completion fluids mixing processes. This includes handling compressors, OBM tanks, transfer lines, barite and bentonite transfer and mixing systems, mud additives mixing, handling, and moving, repalletizing products, cutting big bags, handling high pressure lines, handling compressors, pumps, and ensuring smooth operation of LMP and MMP equipment at the rig site in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Operate equipment such as pumps, mixers, tanks, compressors, generators, vacuum tankers, bulk trucks, assist forklift drivers.
• Perform routine tasks in warehouse housekeeping as directed by the LMP and warehouse Supervisors.
• Assist in chemical handling, mixing, and transfer activities following safety protocols.
• Comply with HSE policies, including proper use of PPE and spill containment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• BSc/Diploma in relevant discipline
• 3-5 Years of experience within Liquid Mud Plant equipment operations
