Job summary

NES Fircroft is recruiting a Construction Manager for Package 1 in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will lead all construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across a large-scale industrial project, coordinating with engineering, commissioning, operations, and project management teams.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction management within major projects, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a Construction Manager position within large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong expertise in construction execution and erection activities.
• Significant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
• Previous Middle East project experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Experience working within EPC organizations and integrated project teams.
• Proven leadership skills coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and site management procedures.
• Drive schedule performance by identifying risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, construction sequences, and execution strategies.
• Oversee contractors' construction engineering, field planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Ensure effective management of testing and pre-commissioning activities.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, commissioning, operations, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition to operations.
• Manage site interfaces, change management processes, and construction-related contractual matters.
• Monitor project performance in terms of safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Facilitate constructability reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, including final handover and As-Built dossiers.
