Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to lead ESM implementations and ongoing enhancements. You will gather requirements, design workflows, and integrate ServiceNow modules to support IT operations and service management.

The role requires hands-on configuration, scripting, and strong collaboration with IT and business teams. You will contribute to CMDB accuracy, develop dashboards, and ensure alignment with governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of work experience in IT/ServiceNow.
• Experience in ServiceNow ESM, ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules.
• Ability to document requirements and develop functional specifications.
• Knowledge of workflows, automations and integrations in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to gather business and technical requirements for ESM initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using ServiceNow.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Support CMDB maintenance and data integrity.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB) and related components.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and configurations based on approved requirements.
• Provide testing support and assist in UAT and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards based on business needs.
