Job summary

Alfanar in Saudi Arabia is seeking a ServiceNow ESM specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ESM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and supporting platform operations.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to design, implement, test, and maintain ServiceNow configurations across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB, and provide documentation, testing, and post‑production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field with 4–6 years of experience.
• Technical/functional competencies include applications development standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of service management and IT systems architectures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops and gather business/technical requirements for ESM initiatives.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB) and related workflows.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and configurations based on approved requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support for ServiceNow applications and configurations.
• Assist with CMDB maintenance, data quality, and relationships.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
