Job summary

Alfanar Group is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to implement, configure, and enhance ESM solutions. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, support platform operations, and drive continuous improvements.

You will configure ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CMDB modules, design workflows, and develop scripts and APIs to support business processes. Collaboration with IT and business stakeholders is essential to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Work experience 4–6 years in IT/ServiceNow or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops to capture business and technical requirements.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/ITBM/CMDB).
• Design workflows, automations, and integrations per requirements.
• Develop scripts and APIs aligned with approved specs.
• Provide functional and technical support for ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot defects and configuration issues, and support releases.
