Muller's Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management) to drive a large enterprise implementation in Saudi Arabia. You will lead design, configuration, and integration with SAP, overseeing architecture, development, testing, and deployment to enable operational excellence.

Requirements include 8+ years in ServiceNow, 3+ years as a Technical Lead, and hands-on work with WSD/Facility Management modules and SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 3+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Proven end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Hands-on with WSD/Facility Management modules and SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow Facility Management implementation for a large enterprise.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Configure and customize Facility Management modules and related services.
• Oversee integrations with SAP for vendors, contracts, POs, SES, and payments.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and development activities.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and implementation teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
• Produce technical documentation and artifacts; ensure governance and security.
