SOL Gulf is seeking a dynamic ITSM Lead to support IT Change Management processes, ensuring minimal service disruption and alignment with the organization's objectives. This role manages day-to-day change activities and guides end users.

You will maintain accurate change records in ServiceNow, work with CAB/ECAB, generate reports, and drive continual improvement of Change Management in line with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years experience in Change Management Operations.
• ITIL Foundation certification (required or preferred).
• ITSM / ServiceNow training or certification is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Change Management module preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management concepts and operational workflows.
• Experience in IT operations, service management, or managed services environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, or Oracle partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end Change Management activities per policies; log and track Change Requests in ServiceNow.
• Act as first point of contact; provide guidance and coordinate with various teams.
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards; track KPIs and compliance.
• Identify improvement opportunities; support process enhancements and knowledge base updates.
