Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Project Manager to lead SPM implementations and upgrades in Riyadh. You will manage timelines, coordinate with clients, technical teams, and vendors, and ensure delivery aligned with clients' strategic goals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven SPM project experience, with strong communication and leadership skills. PMP or ServiceNow SPM certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow SPM projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow SPM certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow SPM implementations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and company standards.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
