Job summary

Client of Salt is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support enterprise clients across the Middle East. The role blends business process consulting with project delivery and presales support, requiring collaboration with customers to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, design future-state workflows, and guide engagements from discovery through implementation in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand business objectives
• Assess current processes and design future-state workflows aligned with ServiceNow capabilities
• Translate requirements into process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Advise on process standardisation, service management best practices and platform adoption
• Coordinate projects, manage scope, timelines, risks and stakeholder communication
• Work with architects, developers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Support UAT, training, change management and transition to operations
• Contribute to presales with discovery efforts, estimations, SOWs, RFP responses and proposals
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and support account teams in client relationships

We are partnering with a global technology consultancy seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to support enterprise clients across the Middle East This role combines business process consulting with project delivery and presales support You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges translate requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions and guide engagements from initial discovery through implementation

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives
• current processes and improvement opportunities
• Assess existing processes and design future-state workflows aligned with ServiceNow capabilities and business needs
• Translate requirements into process documentation user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications
• Advise clients on process standardisation service management best practices and platform adoption
• Take ownership of project coordination where required managing scope timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder communication
• Work closely with architects developers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet agreed requirements
• Support user acceptance testing training change management and transition into operational use
• Contribute to presales activities including discovery effort estimations Statements of Work RFP responses and proposals
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and support account teams in developing client relationships

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst or Functional ConsultantExperience supporting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations within a consulting or client-facing environmentStrong understanding of ITSM processes, with exposure to additional ServiceNow workflows advantageousAbility to lead workshops, challenge requirements constructively and communicate confidently with senior stakeholdersExperience coordinating projects or workstreams alongside business process consulting responsibilitiesExposure to presales, scoping, estimations and proposal developmentStrong documentation, presentation and stakeholder management skillsDesirable: ServiceNow certifications and/or ITIL certificationExperience delivering projects for enterprise customers in the GCCArabic language skillsExperience helping grow customer accounts through consultative engagement
