Qualifications
- 10+ years of VMware infrastructure experience.
- Strong experience with enterprise VMware environments.
- Proven participation in storage migration projects involving Dell EMC storage or IBM FlashSystem.
- Experience migrating hundreds of VMs with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead VMware workstreams during a large-scale storage migration project.
- Analyze and plan migration activities across 150+ ESXi hosts and 1,000+ VMs.
- Execute and oversee Storage vMotion / datastore migrations.
- Ensure VMware best practices and minimum disruption to production workloads.
- Coordinate with storage, infrastructure, and customer teams.
- Assess risks related to datastore consolidation and LUN redesign.
- Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and migration issues.
