Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in VMware virtualization, hypervisor management, and storage operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and administer VMware virtualization solutions within the IT Systems Operations department.
• Provide L2 / L3 technical support for virtualization and storage systems.
• Manage VMware vSphere Suite including vCenter, ESXi, HA/DR configurations, vSAN, and vRealize Operation Manager.
• Monitor system performance, tune environments, and manage resources efficiently.
• Execute system migrations, upgrades, and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot server and virtualization issues.
• Ensure optimal performance and availability of virtualized environments.
• Maintain system documentation, reports, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to align virtualization management with business requirements.

Skills

Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering VMware products

Strong knowledge of vSphere Suite, vCenter, vSphere ESXi, HA/DR configurations, vSAN, and vRealize Operation Manager

Experience managing UCS/ESXi Windows platforms

Ability to provide L2 / L3 support for virtualization and storage-related issues

Skilled in performance tuning, system monitoring, and resource management
