Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer – Digital Solutions in Jubail to drive automation and digitalization initiatives across industrial sectors. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, shaping solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and business outcomes.

Lead pre- and post-sales activities, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to deliver innovative digital solutions and robust value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or related engineering field.
• Minimum of seven years in technical sales, applications engineering, automation, industrial digitalization, or related field.
• Expertise in process simulation, operator training simulators, digital twins, APC, RTO, and soft sensor technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering teams throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop automation and digitalization solutions aligned with operational and business objectives.
• Provide technical support for product and service selection, system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and solution reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical evaluations, quotations, proposals, bid responses, and customer visits.
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new solution offerings.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
