HanmiGlobal Saudi seeks a Technical Manager to lead program-wide technical governance, engineering oversight, and multidisciplinary integration for a mega land and infrastructure program in Riyadh on behalf of a government entity.

You will steer reviews, ensure compliance with standards, coordinate with consultants and regulators, and drive risk management and value engineering across the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional infrastructure experience across utilities, transportation, land development, or major capital projects.
• Experience in PMCM, PMC, EPCM, consultancy, or client-side roles, preferably on large-scale programs in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain the Program Technical Governance Framework and engineering standards.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and governance to the multidisciplinary Program Technical Team.
