Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA seeks an experienced Interface Manager to lead the program-wide interface management framework for a mega land and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on behalf of a major government entity.

You will oversee governance, coordination, and escalation of external dependencies, utility connections, and package-to-package interfaces, driving issue resolution across multiple stakeholders and work packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation.
• 15+ years of experience in interface management, infrastructure delivery, utilities, or major capital projects.
• Experience within PMCM/PMC/EPCM or client-side organizations, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Saudi National is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program Interface Management Framework and governance processes.
• Establish standardized processes for identifying, tracking, and closing interfaces across all project packages.
• Coordinate interfaces between development packages, utilities, authorities and third parties.
• Maintain Interface Register and manage obligations, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with utilities and regulatory authorities for connections, diversions, permits and approvals.
• Collaborate with planning, design, construction, and risk teams to ensure integration.
• Assess impact of interface issues on scope, schedule, cost, and quality and escalate as needed.
• Prepare interface reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for PMCM Management and Client.
• Lead interface coordination meetings and stakeholder workshops.
