HanmiGlobal is seeking a Risk Manager to lead program-wide risk management for a mega land and infrastructure development in Riyadh for a major government entity. You will provide governance, coordination, and strategic oversight across planning, design, construction, and interfaces, ensuring integrated risk practices in decision-making and delivery.

You will oversee risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting, coordinating with Planning, Scheduling, Commercial, and Interface

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related.
• Membership of a recognized Chartered Professional Institution in the discipline or approved equivalent.
• 15+ years of professional experience in enterprise/project risk management or mega-programs.
• Experience in PMCM/PMC/EPCM, consultancy, developer, contractor, or client-side organizations.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain Program Risk Management Framework, Plan, procedures and reporting requirements.
• Lead program-wide risk identification activities and structured workshops.
• Coordinate development of risk mitigation, contingency, and monitoring plans.
• Monitor risk ownership, escalation of significant risks, and effectiveness of mitigation actions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management.
