Job summary

HanmiGlobal MENA in Riyadh is seeking a senior Risk Manager to drive program-wide risk governance for a mega infrastructure development. You will lead identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting across design, construction, and interfaces, coordinating with PMCM management and the client.

The role requires 15+ years of enterprise risk management experience, Saudi Arabia/GCC exposure, and Chartered membership. Proficiency with PMIS and risk dashboards is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related discipline and chartered membership.
• 15+ years of enterprise and project risk management experience.
• Experience in PMCM, PMC, EPCM, or client-side environments, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program risk management framework and governance.
• Lead risk identification activities and structured workshops across packages.
• Develop and maintain program risk registers; assess probability, impact and criticality.
• Coordinate risk mitigation, contingency and monitoring plans; track actions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and executive summaries for PMCM and client.
• Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder coordination across functions.
