Job summary

HanmiGlobal Co. seeks an experienced Interface Manager to lead program-wide interface management for a mega land and infrastructure development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will govern interfaces, dependencies, and approvals across multiple packages, coordinating with utilities, authorities, and third parties to ensure integrated delivery. You will provide leadership to the PMCM team, establish frameworks, monitor risks, and report progress to the Program Director and Client, driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation preferred.
• 15+ years in interface management or major infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program Interface Management Framework and governance processes.
• Identify, track, manage, and close interfaces across project packages and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with utilities, authorities, permitting agencies, and third parties to ensure approvals and connections.
• Maintain the Program Interface Register with obligations, risks, and mitigations.
• Lead interface coordination meetings and workshops for timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports and executive summaries for PMCM Management and Client.
• Promote continuous improvement and support PMIS/EDMS adoption.
