Job summary

Omnissa in Riyadh is seeking a Technical Account Manager with End-User Computing expertise to serve as the trusted advisor for our customers and to optimize Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon.

You will drive adoption through architecture guidance, health checks, workshops and demonstrations, coordinating with Support, Engineering and Product teams.

Fluent Arabic and English, 3+ years in EUC, and Identity/IAM basics are essential; occasional travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in End-User Computing (EUC) technologies.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity & Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers using Workspace ONE and Horizon.
• Align Omnissa solutions with business goals to drive customer success.
• Provide guidance on architecture, deployment, and best practices for EUC.
• Lead health checks, reviews, and roadmap sessions to optimize adoption.
• Deliver workshops, enablement sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product Management to resolve issues.
• Advocate for customer needs to influence product enhancements.
