Job summary

Omnissa in Riyadh seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with EUC expertise to guide customers in unlocking the full potential of their digital workspace investments. You will act as the trusted technical liaison, aligning Omnissa Workspace ONE and Horizon deployments with customer goals and roadmaps.

Fluent in Arabic and English, you’ll conduct health checks, drive adoption, and collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise clients in

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in end-user computing or related EUC technology.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems is preferred.
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers using EUC solutions.
Drive customer success by aligning Omnissa solutions with business objectives.
Provide guidance on architecture, deployment, and best practices for Workspace ONE UEM and Horizon.
Conduct account reviews and health checks to ensure adoption and performance.
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Product Management to resolve issues.
